Apply field overrides for a single Lot

https://live.moment-api.com/v1/lot//overrides/

Upserts and/or reverts field overrides on the given lot. The owning
account is resolved from the lot on the server and access-checked
against the caller's allowed orgs; callers do not need to supply it.
