Deleting is a hard delete with no event and no recomputation, so repeating it has no additional effect on the model it already removed. Retrying is still not unconditionally safe: the delete matches on id and organization with no version condition, so a retry lands on whatever holds that id now. Never reuse an id for a new model, and abandon an outstanding delete retry once you have created anything with that id.
