Cancel an Order

Attempts to cancel an open Order. If the order is no longer cancelable, a subsequent cancel reject event will be sent to the client via the Real-Time Orders API.

When true, cancel the open quantity of every member of the group parent order along with the parent. Only valid for group parent orders; otherwise the cancel is rejected.
