Returns account-level and per-sleeve statistics for each of the requested accounts. Accounts may be identified by their Moment account ID or their custodian account ID. All identifiers are validated first: if any account cannot be found, the whole request fails with a 404 listing the unknown identifiers and no statistics are returned.
